"when I try to convert my MXF files. These files were created by an EVS XT2 and compressed MJPEG, I’m just ensuring that it will convert the particular MXF that I encounter. So far, no luck. I’d be happy to provide you with a copy of one of these files for your reference. I’ve uploaded it to my Google Drive, attached to this email. Ideally, I’d like to output a .MOV in Apple ProRes 422 HQ. This particular file format is generated by an EVS XT, widely used in sports television."
Lucky I found TransMXF Pro for Mac, so I download free trial and I want to make sure it’s what I need.
TransMXF Pro for Mac also supports transcoding MXF file to MOV with Apple ProRes 422, ProRes 4444, DVCPRO HD, XDCAM, HDV, Avid DNxHD MOV and even multiple audio tracks MOV for FCP, iMovie, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere on Mac (including Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks). This is so great for me.
The EVS XT2 NXF to Prores MOV Converter Mac works really well, and it can easily convert p2 MXF to MOV, MP4 and MKV with original multi track.
