Loading DivX and Xvid videos to Avid Media Composer

Usually, we will got some high quality videos  specially to record our daily life or big events. As a result, we can not put these videos on common players or editors directly because they are not supported by usual software. For example, DivX or Xvid format video has a good image quality so it is popular in some cameras. However, it is not accepted by most editors, such as, iMovieetc

Step 1. Load video files to the software using any of the three ways below:

A .Click “File” menu, and select "Add Video/Audio" or "Add from folder" to import source video, audio and image files.

B . Click “Add Video” button or “Add from folder" button to import source files



C . Open the folder that contains source files, and drag and drop video, audio and image files to the program.

Step 2.Choose ‘Avid Media Composer’>>’Avid DNxHD (*.mov)
